Hi, I’m Yang Yang, a third-year Ph.D. student at the School of Information Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University. My research lies at the intersection of computer science and biology, with a strong passion for advancing life sciences through the power of artificial intelligence.

Currently, my work focuses on the following areas:

1. Pathology image analysis
2. Image based profiling for drug discovery
3. Modeling of single-cell and spatial omics data

I’m driven by the vision of leveraging cutting-edge machine learning to uncover biological insights and accelerate biomedical research.
